Data Deletion Instructions

Your Data, Your Control
This page explains the current ways to disconnect a social account, remove content, request deletion of your 2TwoGroup Social account, and revoke a provider authorization.
Choose What You Want to Remove
Disconnecting one social account, deleting media, and deleting your entire 2TwoGroup Social account are different actions. Choose the option that matches your request.
1. Disconnect a Social Account
Remove a Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, or Pinterest connection
- Log in to your 2TwoGroup Social account
- Open the applicable brand or calendar
- Go to Calendar Settings → Social Accounts
- Select the disconnect icon for the connection you want to remove
- Confirm the disconnection
This removes the stored connection and its access credentials from active 2TwoGroup Social records. It does not delete your profile on the social platform or delete content already published there.
For complete authorization removal, also open the connected platform's app, security, or authorized-app settings and revoke 2TwoGroup Social. Provider menu names may change, so consult that platform's current help center if needed.
2. Delete Content or Media
Remove selected items without deleting your account
Use the Dashboard and Media Library controls to delete selected drafts, schedules, or uploaded media. A deletion in 2TwoGroup Social removes the applicable stored item from the Service, subject to short-lived technical copies and lawful retention.
Important: If content has already been published to a social platform, deleting the 2TwoGroup copy does not remove the published post. Sign in to the applicable social platform and delete the post there.
3. Request Full Account Deletion
Submit a verified in-app request with a seven-day safety window
- Log in to your 2TwoGroup Social account
- Open Settings → Account
- Select Request Account Deletion
- Review the exact number of affected schedules, drafts, connections, calendars, and media files
- Confirm the disclosures, enter your current password, and type DELETE
A verified request disables the account and pauses its future scheduled publishing. Any active Stripe trial or subscription is cancelled immediately. Final deletion is scheduled after a seven-day safety window, and a secure cancellation link is sent to the account email address. A post already being transmitted to a provider when the request is submitted may finish.
If you cannot sign in, email info@2twogroup.com from the address associated with your account. Include the account or company name and confirm that you want the entire account deleted. We may request reasonable information to verify your identity and authority. Verified email requests are generally completed within 30 days or the period required by applicable law.
Meta Data Deletion
If you connected Facebook or Instagram, you may remove 2TwoGroup Social from Meta's Apps and Websites settings. Meta then sends our registered callback a deletion or deauthorization notice so the related stored Meta connection can be removed. You may also use the email process above and request confirmation.
Removing the authorization does not automatically delete Facebook or Instagram content that was already published. Manage that content directly in the applicable Meta account.
What Full Account Deletion Covers
After verification, we remove or de-identify the account data controlled by 2TwoGroup Social, including:
- Profile and account information
- Stored social-account connections, identifiers, and access credentials
- Brands, calendars, settings, labels, and scheduling preferences
- Draft, scheduled, and stored publishing records
- Media in active 2TwoGroup Social storage
Full account deletion does not delete your account with a social platform, remove content already published there, or erase records controlled independently by Stripe, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest, or another provider.
Limited Retention After a Request
Some information may be retained after account deletion when reasonably necessary for tax and payment records, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, legal holds, or compliance with law. Residual copies may also remain temporarily in logs or disaster-recovery systems. Retained information is access-restricted and is not used for unrelated marketing.
Operational copies are generally deleted or anonymized within 90 days after verified deletion, unless a longer period is required by law, a legal hold, or a documented financial or security obligation.
Privacy Questions and Other Rights
You may also request access, correction, portability, restriction, or other rights available in your location. Review our Privacy Policy or contact our legal and privacy point of contact at info@2twogroup.com.
